Französischer Gaumenschmaus im Simplicissimus

Dear guests,

since March 16th 2017 the restaurant "Simplicissimus" opened its doors under a new leadership. Matthias Engel, General Manager of the tradition-steeped Hotel Zum Ritter St. Georg, will lead the "Simplicissimus", which counted already in the past to the top addresses in Heidelberg, forge ahead to the city's gastronomical highlights.

He will be supported by Felix Kersten in the position of the new head chef and culinary director; his life companion Sandra Holstein assumes the restaurant management.
